A growing healthcare technology organization is seeking a Senior Director of Downstream Marketing to lead U.S. commercialization efforts for a complex portfolio of automation and capital equipment solutions. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution and will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, demand generation, and market adoption.

What You’ll Do
Commercial Strategy & Execution
- Own U.S. downstream marketing strategy aligned with enterprise and global priorities
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across diverse healthcare customer segments
- Translate customer needs, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations into actionable plans
Go-to-Market Leadership
- Lead omnichannel marketing programs focused on demand generation and pipeline quality
- Oversee product launches and ongoing lifecycle performance
- Direct trade show strategy, campaigns, and sales enablement content
Positioning & Messaging
- Develop clear, outcome-driven value propositions (clinical, operational, financial)
- Ensure consistent market segmentation, messaging, and competitive differentiation
- Build and execute annual marketing plans tied to business objectives
Pricing & Commercial Programs
- Partner cross-functionally on pricing strategy, launch pricing, and promotions
- Monitor competitive landscape and adjust pricing approaches as needed
Market & Customer Insights
- Drive voice-of-customer initiatives, competitive intelligence, and trend analysis
- Translate insights into marketing actions and future growth strategies
People Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing downstream marketing team
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 10 years of experience in downstream, product, or commercial marketing
- Background in healthcare technology, medtech, automation, or capital equipment strongly preferred
- Proven success driving go-to-market strategy and commercial launches
- Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, and analytical skills
- Experience leading teams in complex, fast-paced environments
