What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at Tethered Talent?

Territory covers OK, KS and CO
Role: 70% hunting and 30% managing existing accounts and growing utilization
- Maintain and grow existing customer base within hospital.
- Typical entry point is the ED and Lab. Grow into additional departments such as Med/Surg and the Critical Care departments.
- Driving utilization and compliance by identifying Key Champion and building consensus and driving accountability through that Champion for sustainable utilization. Without a Key Champion, utilization can fall through the cracks.
- Ability to create a sustainable product picking plan so clinicians reach for our product.
- Lead on conducting Trials and Implementations.
- Setting up and presently monthly or quarterly business data reviews from data collection through analytics.
- Cold call and close new business.
- Identifying and partnering with regionalized groups such as ENA (ED nursing
- associations) and CLSI (laboratory society) meetings.
- Partnering with reps from companies that can
- provide leads.
