Service Advisor

Job Summary:

Teterboro Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram is under new ownership and looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. We’re building a dealership culture centered around integrity, teamwork, and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the service drive with professionalism and care
• Accurately document customer concerns and repair needs
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
• Provide repair estimates and explain recommended services to customers
• Maintain follow-up communication and ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Help achieve high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
• Support the service and parts departments to maximize efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor (CDJR or other dealership experience preferred)
• Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Must be able to work Saturdays and occasional evenings
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
