Compensation
- $39.37 per hour
- Annual earning potential: $82,000–$110,000
- Overtime opportunities available
- Compensation based on experience, productivity, certifications, and performance
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair work efficiently and accurately
- Diagnose and repair brake, suspension, steering, HVAC, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Complete manufacturer warranty and customer-pay repairs
- Perform multi-point inspections and identify maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate repair documentation
- Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians
- Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures
Qualifications
- 3 years of automotive repair experience preferred
- ASE Certifications preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
- Dealership experience preferred
- Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
