Job overview:
-Answering multi-line phone system. High volume
-Scheduling patients for either pulse-oximetry testing or home sleep testing. Explain the testing process and insurance benefits. Make sure patient is knowledgeable of the testing conditions and how to use the testing equipment. Collecting registration paperwork and payment. Calling patients with devices delivered to prompt them to test. Calling patients pending return to prompt device return. Helping the logistics department with shipping and receiving tasks.
- Work with referral sources to ensure all required information is received.
