Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP OTC Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within SAP ECC. This role involves working on complex billing scenarios, project-based integrations, and supporting end-to-end business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full O2C lifecycle – order management, pricing, billing, and invoicing
- Work extensively on SAP ECC (SD module)
- Configure and support complex billing processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution delivery
- Support Project Systems (PS) integration for project-based billing
- Work on Results-Based Billing (RRB) and milestone billing scenarios
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
Required Skills
- 12 years of experience in SAP ECC O2C
- Strong hands-on experience in Sales & Distribution (SD)
- Experience with Project Systems (PS) integration
- Knowledge of Results-Based Billing (RRB)
- Strong understanding of pricing, billing, and invoicing processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
