Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a greenfield initiative focused

on modernizing our debt platform. This platform will facilitate debt issuance, helping ensure continued

financial support for rural communities and agricultural producers. The Product Manager will be

responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders, defining business and technical

requirements, and managing the platform’s development and launch phases. This role will be critical in

creating a solution that aligns with the unique needs of capital markets and the agricultural finance

sector.

Key Responsibilities:

 Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external users, including system banks

and investors, to gather and define requirements.

 Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with business goals

and user needs.

 Requirements Management: Translate business requirements into detailed functional

specifications and work with engineering teams to ensure accurate delivery.

 Testing & Quality Assurance: Oversee the creation of test cases and acceptance criteria,

ensuring high-quality standards.

 Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with development, QA, finance, and other teams to

ensure smooth implementation of the platform.

 Market & Financial Insights: Monitor trends in capital markets, particularly related to debt

issuance, and use these insights to guide product development.

 User Experience Focus: Ensure the platform is intuitive for both internal users and external

stakeholders, including investor groups.

Qualifications:

 Experience: 5-10 years of product management experience, ideally in the finance industry, with

specific experience in capital markets being a strong plus.

 Education: A professional graduate degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related

field is required.

 Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with financial platforms and experience working on large-scale

digital transformation projects.

 Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

 Bonus: Experience with debt issuance or financial services is preferred.
