Registered Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Health Care and Social Assistance industry. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and advocating for their needs. Your primary focus will be on patients with developmental disabilities, behavioral health issues, and acute care needs. You will also be responsible for medication administration, patient education, and maternal child health. Your role will be critical in ensuring the well-being and recovery of our patients.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care or behavioral health nursing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Developmental Disabilities Nursing or Behavioral Health Nursing.
• Experience in maternal child health.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Advocate for patients' needs and ensure their rights are respected.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation.

As a Registered Nurse, you will utilize your expertise in nursing, acute care, patient education, and patient advocacy to provide exceptional care to our patients.
