Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within the healthcare industry.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and healthcare organizations by understanding their needs and presenting suitable Door Hardware solutions.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, including creating compelling value propositions for healthcare clients.
Maintain a deep understanding of Ligature Resistant products, including mobile credentials, while staying updated on industry advancements to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product development, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless integration of products and alignment with customer expectations.
Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, including exploring new geographical areas or additional segments within the healthcare sector.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make adjustments as needed.
Provide education and training to healthcare clients on the features, installation, and maintenance of Ligature Resistant products.
Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Attend healthcare-related industry trade shows.
Ability to work within a structure that is based on team selling and a consultative approach.
Capability to present effectively to a group of multiple decision makers.
Provide market intelligence, product feedback, and application recommendations to Executive management.
Exhibit characteristics of a team player and problem solver who is dependable and seeks continuous improvement.
Outstanding presentation and closing skills.
Highly effective task master with exceptional time management skills.
B.S. in Sales, Business, Marketing or related field or B.A. in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years field sales experience in the construction industry.
Knowledge of doors/frames/hardware and/or access control a plus.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs product samples and presentation material.
Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Must be able to travel 50%
