What You'll Be Responsible ForIn-Home ConsultationsMeet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor comfort concerns
Assess existing equipment, home layout, and customer goals
Identify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, and system performance
Design customized HVAC replacement and upgrade options
Present recommendations clearly and professionally
Explain equipment features, efficiency ratings, warranties, and available financing options
Help customers compare solutions and make confident decisions
Build trust through honest communication and professional service
Follow up on open opportunities and customer questions
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through installation
Generate referrals and repeat business through outstanding service
Coordinate with installation, service, and office teams to ensure seamless project execution
Maintain accurate proposals, customer records, and sales documentation
Track opportunities and pipeline activity within company software systems
Previous sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, remodeling, or other home-service industries
Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Strong organizational and computer skills
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
HVAC replacement sales experience
Knowledge of residential HVAC systems and equipment options
Experience discussing financing and payment solutions
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Salary : $165,000 - $225,000
