Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of various baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support cake decorating efforts by preparing ingredients and assisting with design elements.
• Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Participate in catering events as needed, providing support for food production and presentation.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Experience

• Previous experience in a kitchen or bakery setting is preferred but not required; we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including baking methods and cake decorating skills.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn more about food production processes.
