SAT & ACT Prep Sales and Marketing Consultant

This role consists of phone and email sales as well as digital marketing (primarily YouTube and social media content generation) for a leading SAT & ACT prep provider.

The primary day-to-day responsibility is engaging with prospective parents who call or email to learn more about the program. Your most important measurable will be turning these prospective parents into customers. An ideal candidate is able fill the role of trusted consultant, using their own high-level understanding the tests, the prep process, the Test Geek program and the college admissions landscape to provide sound, genuinely helpful advice.

In addition, the ideal candidate can also assist with produce compelling YouTube and social media content, including on-camera video work related to the SAT and ACT. There may also some special projects, such as assistance with curriculum development, that may needed.

Compensation

$85,000 target pay plus health insurance and 401k match. Heavy base pay plus bonus structure.

Location

Hybrid in Northwest Arkansas (Fayetteville through Bentonville). Due to the nature of the YouTube filming, some on-site work is required. Most days are work from home, though.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 1500 or 34 on the SAT or ACT (or 2250 on the 2400 scale). Due the nature of what we do and what the job entails, this is a non-negotiable requirement. Test scores must be provided on your resume or in your cover letter.
• Strong conversational phone ability
• Excellent grasp of the written English language
• Ability to manage prospects and follow up appropriately
