Apparel Technical Designer

Position Overview 
Eagle Promotions is looking for a skilled Apparel Technical Designer to help transform creative apparel concepts into production-ready garments for major retail and corporate clients. 
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of design, fit, and production—ensuring garments meet technical specifications while maintaining the design vision. 
Key Responsibilities 
Create and maintain clear, accurate tech packs in Excel (specs, comments, revisions, measurements) 
Collaborate with sales and graphic artists to create technical drawings that reduce construction issues 
Attend and support fit sessions; evaluate fit, balance, and details from prototype through production 
Communicate technical questions, corrections, and approvals to overseas factories 
Prep and organize CADs/mock-ups for fit samples and presentations 
Support capsule collections, color stories, and trend direction with VP of Retail Sales 
Keep tech packs updated with daily changes and ensure version accuracy

Qualifications 
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field 
3 years of apparel technical design experience 
Strong knowledge of silhouettes, sewing techniques, trims, textiles, and construction 
Experience with tech packs, specs, grading, and sample review 
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; Illustrator/Photoshop 
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
