We’re looking for an Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes and products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
What You’ll Do-
Support engineering projects from concept through production and implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, and Customer Service
Develop and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and automation systems
Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions
Support validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ, as required
Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical requirements
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles
What You Bring-
Experience in an engineering role within a manufacturing or technical environment
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering or related field)
Experience in injection molding, automation, or regulated industries preferred
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, on-site environment in Skaneateles, NY
Technical background with ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications (GD&T, blueprints) preferred
Working knowledge of statistics and data analysis in a manufacturing setting (SPC, trend analysis, problem-solving) preferred
Compensation & Benefits-
Salary Range: $80,000–$120,000 (commensurate with experience)
