Job Title: SoC Verification Engineer
Location: Texas, USA
Experience: 6 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Implement robust verification strategies to ensure thorough testing of assigned Subsystems or SoC modules.
- Collaborate closely with design engineers, architects, and verification teams to understand design requirements and define verification plans.
- Communicate verification progress, issues, and results effectively with internal teams and customers through strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Automate test cases and regression suites to enhance verification efficiency, coverage, and overall quality.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of SoC Verification, including development and execution of C-based testcases.
- Proficiency in hardware description and verification languages such as SystemVerilog, Verilog, and VHDL.
- Solid understanding of computer architecture, bus protocols (AXI, AHB), and common SoC peripherals.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Tcl, Python, or similar.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience working on ARM-based designs and/or ARM System Architectures.
- Familiarity with ARM Debugger and trace tools such as ARM DS, DSTREAM, etc.
- Knowledge of memory subsystems and/or high-speed interfaces like PCIe/CXL, including integration of IP models into designs.
