The Marketing Assistant will support our marketing team and attorneys in implementing marketing campaigns, managing digital content, and enhancing client engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, and event-based)
- Manage and update website and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Coordinate email marketing and client newsletters
- Monitor online reviews and maintain reputation management efforts
- Help create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Support the planning of community events and networking initiatives
- Track marketing metrics and compile regular reports
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or relevant experience)
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a professional services or legal setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and website CMS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, or other marketing software
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
