Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design marketing materials—including brochures, ads, presentations, and graphics—for both print and digital platforms from concept to completion under the direction of the Director of Marketing.
- Assist with social media content creation, post scheduling, analytics monitoring, and brand mention tracking.
- Manage and organize digital assets, including photo libraries and collateral.
- Support ongoing website updates and maintenance (WordPress preferred).
- Uphold and reinforce company brand standards across all materials.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Basic understanding of marketing, production workflows, website design, corporate identity, and multimedia design.
- Knowledge of layout design, typography, and best practices for print and digital media.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop; Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Experience with presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to collaborate, take feedback, and iterate on designs.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines at once.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating design capabilities (class projects accepted).
