As a Product Designer at Tessell, you'll shape how our products look and feel, making them easy and enjoyable to use. Your role involves designing clear, efficient, and attractive user interfaces that simplify complex tasks related to data and database management. Collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and fellow designers, you'll create practical solutions that help users manage databases effortlessly, without sacrificing visual appeal or usability.

What will you do as a Product Designer at Tessell?

• Supportive Independence: Work under senior designers' mentorship, gradually increasing your independence in tackling and completing design tasks.
• Problem-Solving: Address user and design problems by applying established design principles, patterns, and frameworks.

• Prototyping & Wireframing – Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools for creating interactive mockups.
• User Research & Testing – Ability to conduct user interviews, usability tests, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or interaction design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work for digital products.
