What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roving Building Services Engineer position at Tesoro Group?
Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Roving Building Services Engineer in Plymouth, MN. Individuals will start their workday in Plymouth, MN (55447) and travel to job sites with a company vehicle. This role is Monday - Friday 730am start time. This role is contract to hire 90-120 days before conversion.
Salary Requirements: $25-$28/hour DOQ with mileage reimbursement – a company vehicle will be provided after training/probationary period.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems
- Checking and responding to security and safety issues
- Testing and recommending new maintenance products
- Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers
- Keeping documents of inspections and problems
- Doing landscaping, pool maintenance and pest control
- Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repairing supplies
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2 years’ experience in maintenance – commercial experience is required.
- HVAC experience is required.
- Be able to pass a background check.
- Have a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance – as this role will be roving between properties.
