Wedding & Special Event Setup & Delivery Crew

About Us
Tesoro Event Rentals helps make weddings and special events memorable across Western New York. We're looking for dependable, upbeat team members to join our event setup and delivery crew.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload delivery trucks at our warehouse in Clarence.
- Ride along with our delivery crew to venues across WNY.
- Set up and break down event rentals, including chairs, tables, dance floors, linens, etc.
- Ensure every setup is neat, accurate, and ready for guests.
- Work with the crew to complete deliveries and setups on schedule.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in the rental industry preferred but not necessary. We'll train you!
- A great attitude and a polite, professional manner with clients.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Comfort with physical work, including lifting and carrying event equipment often >50#.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation to our Clarence warehouse and, occasionally, directly to event venues.
- Availability to work weekends and occasional late-night breakdowns.
Schedule
Part-time and full-time positions available with flexible hours. Weekend availability required.
