The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including bank reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records in QuickBooks
- Assist with monthly closings and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
- Support other accounting functions as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required
- Experience in AP, AR, and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English is preferred
