The Beauty Team Leader is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the beauty department, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance. They lead the beauty team, implement store strategies, and maintain a high standard of customer care, contributing directly to achieving sales goals and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the beauty department, including staffing and inventory management.
2. Train, develop, and mentor beauty team members, ensuring they have in-depth product
knowledge and sales techniques.
3. Handle customer concerns and ensure the department provides personalized beauty
advice and assistance.
4. Take ownership of visual merchandising, ensuring displays are on-brand and
attractively arranged.
5. Collaborate with store management to drive sales, promotions, and store initiatives.
6. Lead regular team meetings to discuss goals, product updates, and team performance.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
