What You’ll Be Doing:
We need someone who can keep the energy high and the tasting room spotless:
- The Sales Side: You’ll be the face of the bar—leading tastings, sharing our story, and crushing bottle sales with a smile.
- Keep It Sparkling: We take pride in our space! You’ll handle the cleaning, prep work, and dishwashing to keep the winery looking 10-out-of-10 at all times.
- The Fun Stuff: During slow moments, you’ll help us stay "social" by capturing content for our feed and decorating the space to match the season or holiday.
- Be the Host: Shine as a lead server for private events and tours.
Who You Are:
- High Energy: You’re a natural at talking to strangers and making them feel at home.
- Proactive: You don’t wait to be told to clean—you see a spot, you grab the towel.
- Experienced: You must have bar or pouring experience. Winery experience is a huge plus!
- Reliable: You have your own ride and can commit to your scheduled days (including rotating weekends/holidays).
- The Basics: Must be 21 , able to pass a background check, and comfortable on your feet for 6-hour shifts.
The Details:
- Hours: 18–30 hours per week (18 hours guaranteed).
- Shifts: Usually 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (No late nights!).
- Environment: Fun, fast-paced, and growing.
