What You'll Do
Develop robust engineering pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity
What You'll Bring
2 years sourcing/recruiting experience Experience and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Gem, ATS systems) Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow Working knowledge of engineering skillsets such as Technical Program Managers, Product Managers, Project Engineers, Product Engineers, and other common engineering skillsets Working knowledge of software or firmware engineering skillsets is a plus
