What To Expect
The Teamwear Associate works both independently and collaboratively to support the Workplace organization and ensure Fremont employees have a positive and efficient work experience. This role helps maintain facility and operational needs, upholds a clean and professional Teamwear environment, and responds quickly to urgent requests across the site. The position is physically active and requires strong task prioritization, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining an organized and customer-focused workspace.
What You'll Do
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Teamwear workspace, storage areas, and inventory Manage ordering, par levels, stock availability, and fulfillment of Teamwear items Receive shipments from docks and transport materials safely across the site Accurately track inventory, transactions, and daily operational activities Communicate with management to support operational efficiency and continuous improvements Support recognition events, team distributions, and perform additional duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
Experience in Teamwear, customer service, or a manufacturing environment, with strong organizational and communication skills Proficient with data entry, Microsoft Office, and modern workplace technology Ability to troubleshoot, work independently, and maintain high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment Physically able to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 50 lbs., climb stairs, stand for long periods, and work indoors/outdoors with required PPE Capable of operating mobile equipment, including flatbed vehicles and electric pallet jacks Strong commitment to safety protocols and adherence to all site guidelines
