What You'll Do
Work with multiple teams to identify, propose, document, and verify performance of high voltage components to achieve system goals Own development of requirements at system boundaries, captures regulatory and internal performance, safety requirements. Cascades powertrain component requirements to subsystems Track analysis and decisions for evolving products (ie key architecture decisions, variants) Develop and communicates system level strategies (ie EMC, NVH, fault current handling) Generate block diagrams of system architectures in vehicles and related products
What You'll Bring
Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience High volume product experience Strong communication skills and preference for working in teams Shows evidence of driving product design with specifications and/or requirements Detail-oriented personality with effective documentation and reporting skills Experience solving open-ended engineering problems Familiar with EV powertrain architecture and integration a bonus
