What To Expect
We are seeking highly reliable and quick-thinking individuals to join our Robotaxi Incident Response Team for our ride-hailing service, ensuring that all our vehicles are supported through our 24/7 vehicle operations.
Your responsibilities will include serving as immediate support to on-road incidents involving our autonomous vehicles, ensuring rider safety, conducting basic roadside repairs, assisting first responders, and aiding vehicle recovery operations.
What You'll Do
Rapidly respond to vehicle incidents in the field Log all actions and observations using internal tools and platforms Perform basic vehicle service, including swapping a wheel Ensure vehicles are returned to operational status efficiently and safely Assist riders during active incidents in the field Communicate professionally with first responders as needed Document and report all cases to ensure system reliability and accountability
What You'll Bring
Proven ability to adapt to new technologies, innovate, follow instructions attentively, and effectively manage multiple priorities Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities, troubleshoot issues effectively, and develop timely solutions with incident responses Ability to remain calm under pressure and follow basic protocols Learn basic vehicle repairs to ensure the safety of our vehicles and customers Flexibility to work in shifts, possibly including nights and weekends Ability to lift 50 pounds Valid driver’s license required
