What To Expect
Tesla’s Removal & Reinstallation team is looking for individuals who are passionate about improving the customer experience. In this role you will work with the Asset Control team to handle tasks that will help with customers removal or reinstallation requests. You will be a key player to drive process improvements and eliminate root cause defects. As part of the Removal and Reinstallation team you will gain a broader business perspective by collaborating with Customer Support, Energy Operations, Finance, and other interdepartmental teams.
What You'll Do
Provide timely assistance to all R&R customer requests Ability to be flexible for the ever-changing demands and needs of the business as it evolves Adhere to the department’s preset service levels with a proactive approach in managing workload with minimal supervision Work minimum of 40 cases a day and must notate those 40 cases. All cases require a first call contact with the customer All emails and written communications to customer’s must be through Stream not outlook Must be well versed in contract terminology (PPA, Lease, MyPower, PowerWall, SolarRoof), Solar Loan & Cash Agreements, to understand financial implications and installation specifications
What You'll Bring
1-3 years previous ECS Tesla experience Exceptional time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills Advanced written and verbal communication skills; Intermediate Mathematical skills, Intermediate computer skils Ability to interact in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility to adapt to quickly changing business needs Critical thinker with demonstrated ability to think outside of the box to get the job done Detail-oriented, analytical, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and root cause identification Confident and professional demeanor; well-developed customer service skills
