This role involves hands-on troubleshooting and continuous improvement of equipment and processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
What You'll Do
Provide daily coverage of production line processes for smooth operations, responding promptly to out-of-control processes to minimize costs and maximize productivity Analyze data to identify trends and implement countermeasures to enhance process Cpk and product yield Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to diagnose and resolve equipment issues and implement upgrades Utilize programming skills to update and modify control systems for enhanced functionality Support engineering and manufacturing by improving and drafting manufacturing instructions, technical documents, and drawings. Conduct routine inspections and audits as per established protocols Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices
What You'll Bring
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Proficiency in data collection, visualization, and data analysis Experience with programming and control systems used in manufacturing Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices Familiarity with industrial automation and control software Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Experience in a manufacturing environment with high-volume production lines
