What To Expect
As a Customer Support Specialist you will help service Tesla’s North American portfolio of leases and loans. Along with acting as a primary point of contact for customers, you will also collaborate with internal and external Tesla teams to resolve any questions or concerns the customer may have. The right person for this job will be detailed-oriented, extremely organized, and have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment. A successful candidate will be ready to take on more responsibilities related to operational efficiency and project management. Communication skills are key in this role as you will be working with customers over the phone and via email.

What You'll Do

  • Field and complete requests for contract modifications related to lease extensions, buyout requests, and transfers for growing customer base
  • Provide financial services customer support via phone and email channels related to various account management functions
  • Proactively contact customers through outbound phone calls
  • Problem solve customer escalations by collaborating with internal teams and external teams
  • Ability to navigate and manage workload using multiple systems
  • Exercise independent judgement to problem solve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with Tesla teammates to solve customer issues and provide excellent customer service


  • What You'll Bring

  • 4 years or more of customer experience dealing with high volume
  • Proficient with Excel and Microsoft applications
  • Experience within Financial Servicing Role

  • Expected Compensation

    $20.80 - $40.80/hour cash and stock awards benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
