What To Expect
We are looking for a Claims Processor who has the ability to sort and route incoming claims documents and handle other clerical and administrative tasks related to mail and claims handling.
What You'll Do
Review incoming document and ensure they are properly logged and routed Review and complete other claims administrative tasks as requested by claims team Prepares and submits administrative reports as required Provides support for unit claims associates and managers Deliver outstanding customer service to all internal, external, current, and prospective nationwide customers
