What You'll Do
Manage maintenance team and associated workload for Supervisors, Leads, Technicians, and Engineering support to optimize availability and performance according to established KPIs, with increased demand during the rampup Develop team technical competence, skills, and overall performance. Coordinate and provide technical & non-technical training Plan, Prioritize & delegate workload, both during operations as well as planned downtime, based on department impact. Provide effective supervision and coaching to assigned shift/employees to achieve the required manufacturing availability (MTTR & MTBF) targets Lead team safety audits, maintenance procedure analysis and development, KPI tracking & reporting, and follow up actions derived from each Workforce management: day-to-day line support; in-house repair work; vacation scheduling; OT & weekend work scheduling Interaction with Production and Engineering Groups, internal customers, and management. Communicate to employees all issues that affect the plant and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager Track & report on all impactful unplanned downtime and maintenance events during daily meetings, taking ownership over the RCCA process on equipment under your purview
What You'll Bring
5 years of extensive experience in supervision and leadership, with troubleshooting and correcting industrial equipment maintenance - breakdowns and failures through Root Cause Analysis and effective Corrective Action implementation Maintenance experience, with robotic and controls knowledge, in high volume manufacturing High technical aptitude and diagnostic problem-solving skills People and Project management experience Experience in Microsoft Office suite of programs Open minded, highly flexible, positive attitude Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal

$108,000 - $192,000/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
