Responsibilities
- Safely ascend trees using climbing gear and techniques to perform pruning, trimming, or removal tasks.
- Operate bucket trucks and bucket lifts to access high branches efficiently and securely.
- Implement rigging procedures to control the fall of branches or entire trees during removal or pruning projects.
- Maintain all safety protocols during climbing operations and equipment handling to ensure a secure work environment.
Experience
- 4 years minimum prior experience in tree care is required. (Climbing, rigging, ropes, and ground support).
- Demonstrated ability in tree trimming, pruning, and removal.
- Knowledge of rigging methods and proper use of climbing gear is essential.
- Familiarity with bucket operation and bucket truck safety procedures is preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety standards and continuous learning in tree care practices.
- Valid Driver's License.
