ID 248757 Job Type Full-time What to Expect Tesla is looking for an exceptional Recruiter to support our Manufacturing Engineering teams. We hire the talent responsible for developing next-generation products, automating manufacturing lines, and the “machine that builds the machine”. Recruiting at Tesla is challenging; hiring timelines are often compressed, but the work is exciting and impactful to our mission. This role is 100% onsite at our Sparks, NV location. Alternatively, role can be based out of Buffalo, NY or Lathrop, CA sites. What You’ll Do Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy Efficiently manage time and resources while keeping business partners informed through regular updates Use a variety of techniques and creativity to discover and attract the best passive talent Conduct thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills be successful in the Tesla environment Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity What You’ll Bring Onsite at Gigafactory Nevada which is in the Tahoe/Reno region of Northwest Nevada.
