The Workplace Services Associate must be a self-starter with outstanding organizational skills, takes initiative with minimal supervision and ability to work with multiple teams involved. Provides superior customer service and continually works by example.
What You'll Do
- Provide exemplary customer service with a welcoming attitude, promptly greeting every customer
- Strive to become proficient in all aspects of Workplace Services, staying current on training materials and Policies and Procedures, while swiftly implementing updates
- Share daily updates and essential information with co-workers, communicating any Work in Progress to the Lead at the end of shift
- Inform the Workplace Services Lead of any system technical issues encountered
- Work under the Lead's guidance to maintain accurate inventory levels, restock emergency teamwear at the Gigafactory and offsite locations, assist with monthly teamwear inventory, and ensure bins are consistently filled
- Help quickly store inventory upon receipt and assist in the disposition and storage of returned items
- Keep the desk area organized and tidy, while completing certification for operating the walkie rider and electric pallet jack
What You'll Bring
- Direct relevant experience not required; however, a demonstrated ability to take initiative and a drive to learn new processes, procedures, software, and systems is essential
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities and demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work evening, nights, and weekend hours as needed
- Evidence of exceptional ability
