The Workplace Operations team is responsible for maintaining non-manufacturing facilities and providing soft services to engineering, sales, service, energy, and general and administrative teams. The WorkPlace Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Manager and Supervisor to support Tesla engineering teams and their space needs.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate small office moves and supporting workplace team with larger moves
- Oversee lab and office furniture procurement
- Assist with the management of the Workplace email alias and track all workplace requests through Service Channel
- Conduct and manage office and storage spaces for engineering teams
- Assist with office space blocking and space planning
- Develop programs and procedures to better end-user experience
- Assist in lab and office space data collection while managing lab space small projects
What You'll Bring

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and competent computer skills and intermediate in Bluebeam

Expected Compensation
$20.20 - $52.80/hour cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
