The Energy Service organization runs on BOLT forms-hundreds of active forms, tens of thousands of quotations, and millions of answers and photos from technicians worldwide. Value confidence is low: every question must earn its place, and collection must become a trusted, automated system. This TPM owns BOLT forms end-to-end as process engineering-cutting creation over to TPT (Tooling, Process, and Training), standing up intake and change control, driving form reduction, and folding automation and AI into triage, review, and improvement. The long game is bolder: obsolete the form itself wherever better technician software and support systems can capture truth without a questionnaire.
What You'll Do
- Move form creation to TPT (Tooling, Process, and Training)-implement audit findings, fold changes into CCB, and make form lifecycle clear, auditable, and owned
- Build around how work happens on hardware-commissioning, containment, service sequences-and how technicians behave under real site constraints (time pressure, PPE, one-handed tablet use, incomplete conditions)
- Justify each field against real tech workflow; cut burden on the highest-volume forms; default to "do we need a form at all?"
- Think outside the form: drive specs for technician software and support systems that auto-capture, validate, and route data from tooling, procedures, and site context-so the questionnaire becomes the fallback, not the system of record
- Run BOLT Form Creation CCB; tie remaining forms to procedures, field manuals, tooling, and correction codes only when process and hardware cannot eliminate collection
- Use AI to triage repetitive streams, give the right stakeholders analysis visibility, and intake multi-discipline requests (design, EHS, product, service) with perfectionist prioritization
What You'll Bring
- 3 years in product or program management, operations, or a related field-process improvement and operationalization are how you work
- Energy storage/charging hardware literacy strong enough to know when a step needs a form field, a photo, a measurement-or nothing because the system already knows
- You've worked with electricians and service techs as customers and design for how they actually execute work on site, not ideal desk workflows
- You can write requirements that replace human Q&A with better software, tooling hooks, and support workflows-and defend why the form should die
- You align design, EHS, product, and field; you use data pipelines and AI to triage repetitive work and kill manual burden
- You justify, rank, and sequence requests against OKRs and data. Bachelor's in Engineering (or equivalent); strong analytical and communication skills; working knowledge of standards for energy storage and grid-scale projects

Expected Compensation
$112,000 - $217,200/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
