As a key member of the Global Manufacturing Engineering Team, the Staff Technical Program Manager position involves leading end-to-end program execution for stamping from concept through production, driving cross-functional coordination across engineering, supply chain, die vendors and manufacturing teams. Responsible for program planning, material and part readiness, and engineering change management while ensuring alignment on timelines, cost, and quality. Focuses on risk identification, stakeholder communication, and delivering programs on time in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end program execution for stamping related components from concept till production handover (SOP)Develop and manage program timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple teams and suppliers
- Drive cross-functional coordination between internal teams not limited to design, manufacturing, suppliers, and quality teams to ensure alignment
- Identify program risks early and lead mitigation plans to avoid impact on timing, cost and quality
- Lead regular program reviews, track progress, and communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Coordinate supplier activities, monitor progress, and escalate issues to ensure on-time tooling and part readiness
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional team for discussions and planning of new programs
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field (Supply Chain) or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing, stamping, automotive, or related programs
- Proven experience managing skills including planning, tracking, and risk management
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders (engineering, supply chain, suppliers, operations)
- Prior experience in Technical Program Management or New product Introduction (NPI)
- Knowledge of program management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS project, etc.)
- Ability to establish and maintain program tracking frameworks (timelines, dashboards, KPI's) to ensure visibility and accountability
- Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings, driving action items, and ensuring timely closure
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage dependencies across materials, parts, and program activities
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with ability to proactively drive programs forward and resolve blockers independently

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
