What You'll Do
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components for vehicle platforms
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate designs into overall vehicle architecture
- Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications for manufacturing
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure design performance and reliability
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from testing and production teams
- Contribute to innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges
- Support the transition of designs from concept to production
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience
- Evidence of exceptional ability in engineering or related fields
- Design engineering experience with interest in multidisciplinary engineering
- Hands-on experience in building or prototyping physical systems
- Proficiency in hand-sketching as a form of engineering communication
- Automotive engineering experience with seating systems preferred but not required
