As a member of the Product Management team, you willbe requiredto wear many hats and adapt to a fast-paced work environment. This is a multi-faceted role where strong knowledge ofcommercial andengineering(electrical,mechanical,systems)topicsisa must,andenergyand/orproduct management experience is highly desired. Besides a rock-solid work ethic and a strong team-oriented personality, members of our team display creativity, passion, and a desire to break new ground in a constantly shifting technology landscape.


What You'll Do
  • Leverage market research, competitivediligenceand customer feedback to define product vision and strategy

  • Create business cases and market & product requirements to inform the product roadmap priorities

  • Define and commercialize offerings into standardized, sellable products to ensure successful product launches and customer success, working closely with cross-functional teams across the engineering and commercial organizations

  • Develop and drive implementation of technical content (technical documentation, marketing collateral, Independent Engineering reports) to provide internal and external parties with all information pertinent to our products and offerings on product topics related to performance, safety, installation, features, grid code, safety compliance, and much more

  • Act as primary stakeholder for education of critical product features for internal teams, Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) and officials (PUCs, fire departments, utilities, etc.)

  • Optimizeindustrial project margins for individual high impact projects through techno-economic modeling and assessment of product capabilities

  • Always look for opportunities to improve our processes and support our growth


What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in product managementor in the energy industry,preferably in the energy storage technology space; experience withlaunching new products or offeringsisamust
  • An overall rock-solidblend ofengineering(electrical, mechanical)and commercialexpertise

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

  • Ability to execute many projects and tasks in parallel, across many teams, in a shorttimeframe, withdemonstratedability to pivot rapidly

  • Knowledge of renewable energy policiesandregulations(e.g.product safetyand compliance)ishighly desired

  • Deep passion for changing the way we use energy on the electric grid

    Expected Compensation
    $112,000 - $204,000/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
