We are looking for a highly motivatedandpassionateindividual tojoinourRobotaxi Fleet Team. As Robotaxi Fleet Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuringthatallour vehicles are inaexcellent conditionat all times, supporting smooth24/7 vehicle operations.
Your responsibilities will include vehicle preparation, vehicle inspections, effective lot management, and active collaboration with multiple teams.Success in this role requires an energetic and efficient approach to problem-solving, ownership of responsibilities, and a proactive attitude. We are seeking a candidate with positive energy, strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, an exceptional work ethic, and a passion for Tesla's mission of sustainable energy.
Shift time will be 8:00AM - 7:00PM
What You'll Do
- Perform and document vehicle inspections, escalate identified issues to supervisors,technicians and engineers
- Clean vehicles in compliance with set standards (car wash and minor detailing)
- Manage vehicles and inventory across multiple locations; safely move and charge vehicles
- Coordinate with both internal and third-partylogistics providers
- Effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional quality
- Performadditional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support business operations
- Perform vehicle inspection and minor maintenance (experience preferred)
