What You'll Do
Manage JIRA tickets: create, update, and track progressfor prototype builds, testing tasks, and issue resolutions across cross-functional teams
Create and manage project schedules,monitorsupplier schedules, and use critical path analysis to flag risks and bottlenecks
Coordinate prototype procurement, build and test oncomponent, DriveUnitand vehicle level
Orchestratelogisticsfor project execution, including resource planning,supplier coordination, material shipments, and inventory management fortests and prototypes
Interfaceclosely with design engineers, test engineers, suppliers, and technicians toensure project success
Monitor progress against schedules, generate status reports, and drive corrective actions
Trackprototypepartmanufacturing,shippingand delivery
What You'll Bring
3 years of experience ina supportive capacity preferably with an engineering, architecture, or construction firm
Strong written & verbal communication skills, attention to detail witha strong senseof urgency
Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal guidance; proactive, motivated self-starter
Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
Excellent computer skills and comprehension of MS Office Suite (Outlook,PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Experience with JIRA/Confluence software
Proficiencyin scheduling software (e.g., MS Project)
