What You'll Do
- Key member of the team to deliver development and execution of the overall commissioning and startup plan for the Gulf Coast Lithium Refinery
- Identifypotential process risks (Process hazard analysis) and propose mitigation strategies
- Propose and implement process improvement to driveOpex
- Team player comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams toidentifyand implementOpexopportunities throughout the refining process
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Chemical Engineering,Chemistryor a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 years industry experience: chemical manufacturing equipment, and process improvement; statistical process control methods
- Familiarity with ISO9001 and/or Lean Six Sigma. Relevant qualifications are a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills withdemonstratedability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
