TheInventory Control Associate role provides experience andexpertisein performing daily cycle counts,reviewingand troubleshooting inventory transaction issues, and working closely with Manufacturing and Material Handling to correct issues. The successful candidate is highly competent in using inventory systems, understands part consumption, and can analyze cycle count data before correcting/adjusting inventory. The Associate works cross-functionally with multiple teams to troubleshoot inventory inaccuracies while supporting corrective actions. In addition, the role demands data analysis and concise reporting KPI to Finance and local management, primarily aiming to improve inventory accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Performs daily cycle counts of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods
- Providesaccuratecycle count metrics to inventory control and financial leaders
- Meets or exceeds cycle countobjectivesand KPI's each week/month
- Identifiesinventory discrepancies, investigates root causes, and recommends improvements to cross-functional teams to obtainhigh levelsof inventory accuracy
- Monitors location aging reports and provides feedback to the materials team to ensure transactions are performedtimelyand accurately
- Identifiesracking/labeling discrepancies and proactively corrects the issues
- Assistswith general material handling and inventory control activities asrequired
What You'll Bring
- At least two years of knowledge and experience in warehousing and material handling
- Previousexperience as a cycle counter/inventory control associate
- Working knowledge of inventory systems (WARP, MOS/MES, SAP, or equivalent)
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel (intermediate levelrequired)
- Attention to detail and a commitment toidentifyingdata inaccuracies
- Ability to work independently on daily tasks and projects in a fast-paced cleanroom environment while adhering to required PPE standards, including proper gowning procedures
- Trained tooperatemobile equipment or ability to obtain certification within30 days
