As an Electrical Lead, Construction you will drive daily field execution for the Self Perform Construction team. You will direct craft labor, support crew performance, and ensure alignment with project schedules, safety standards, and company expectations. This leadership role bridges field execution and construction management through active participation in electrical installation activities.
What You'll Do
- Review project specifications, drawings & scope requirements
- Line out crews daily with clear expectations and schedule targets
- Oversee installation of electrical systems up to 480 VAC
- Maintain organized work areas and coordinate with teams
- Enforce safety plans and lead daily Pre-Task Plan sessions
- Submit daily progress reports and track crew time
- Drive productivity while supporting troubleshooting of electrical systems
What You'll Bring
- 5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage field execution
- Strong knowledge of NEC, conduit sizing, conductor sizing & systems up to 480 VAC
- Proficiency in reading electrical drawings and schematics
- Experience with motor controls, PLCs & troubleshooting
- Journeyman license or ability to obtain one
- Commitment to high standards of safety and quality
