We are looking for a Claims Processor who has the ability to sort and route incoming claims documents and handle other clerical and administrative tasks related to mail and claims handling.
What You'll Do
- Review incoming document and ensure they are properly logged and routed
- Review and complete other claims administrative tasks as requested by claims team
- Prepares and submits administrative reports as required
- Provides support for unit claims associates and managers
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all internal, external, current, and prospective nationwide customers
What You'll Bring
- High level of attention to detail which is critical for accuracy of routing
- Possess necessary speed and efficiency to process a large volume of work to meet tight deadlines
- Have great clerical and organizational skills to ensure proper record keeping
- Onsite presence is required every day
