Tesla GigaTexasis seeking anarchitect to join our Factory Architecture Team.You will play a critical role in shaping some of the most cutting-edge, high-tech production spaces in the world. We are looking for a passionate and skilled professional with 3-6 years of commercial experience to joinus in Austin, and make an impact on a global scale.
What You'll Do
- Perform architectural assignments with general direction,with limitedimmediate supervision, and work independently as well as collaboratively with others toward design and technical solutions
- Assist in developing design solutions on a variety of projects in size and scope
- Provide production of design drawings, presentation drawings, and digital models in support of design teams
- Research products and materials, review existing projects, and those under construction to inform the production of design documentation
- Contribute to the effective performance of the project team regarding quality, schedule, and budget
- Assist in the execution of construction administration responsibilities
- Assist in the review and execution of design documents that meet building code and accessibility code
What You'll Bring
- NCARB-accrediteddegree inArchitecture with 3 years ofcommercialexperience;Actively pursuing state registration; Professional Registration preferred
- Highly motivated, Team-oriented individual seeking progressively more responsibility
- Well-organized,detailed orientedwith excellent communication skills
- Experience in detailing and execution of construction documents with minimal supervision
- Experience with complex multi-phased projects
- Experience with MEPFP coordination and BIM coordination
- Proficient in Revit, Enscape,Bluebeam,Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
