- Manage bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Handle payroll processing and human resources functions such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel files.
- Coordinate vendor management activities—negotiating contracts, processing payments, and ensuring timely deliveries of supplies and services.
- Organize events and meetings, including planning logistics, preparing materials, and managing event budgets to enhance team engagement.
- Maintain accurate filing systems—both digital and physical—ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of documents related to medical office management or general administrative records.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or comparDemonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.able bookkeeping software; experience with payroll processing is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently.
- Strong skills in schedule management, calendar coordination, vendor relations, and budgeting.
- Familiarity with human resources practices including employee onboarding, training & development, and file management.
- Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and front desk duties efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
