TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. What You’ll Do
- Receive, enter, code, and route invoices for review and approval
- Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams about missing information
- Maintain organized records and assist with statement review and routine reconciliations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0–2 years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, office, retail cash office, or data-entry experience
- Basic Excel and strong numerical accuracy
- Integrity, confidentiality, and consistent follow-through
