Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout our facility. Duties include but are not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting various areas, such as offices, restrooms, and common areas. Additionally, you will be tasked with emptying trash receptacles, cleaning carpets, buffing, and waxing floors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Job Type: Part-time – 4 hours, 5 days a week

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Clean restrooms
• Perform general labor tasks, such as sweeping, cleaning, dusting, & stocking supplies
• Assist in the set up and sanitization of employee workspaces
• Remove trash from all work cells
• Process trash removal and corrugated scraps with a compactor
• Operate floor scrubber (swing buffer) and other equipment
• Vacuuming floors
• Cleaning and servicing break rooms
• Cleaning windows
• Cleaning up spills
• Restocking all supplies as needed throughout the day
• Complying with all company policies and procedures
• Light maintenance, carpentry, painting, light demolition
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Must be able to lift over 50 pounds.
• Must be able to be on feet for long periods of time.
• Must be available for building emergencies.
• Follow company health and safety regulations.
• Prior cleaning experience preferred.

Education:
